Head of Client Managers

Our company is looking for an experienced Head of Client Managers to oversee our team of salespeople and create a scalable sales strategy. You will be directly responsible for managing a team of Client Managers, training and coaching them to exceed monthly and quarterly quotas, sales forecasting on a weekly and monthly cadence, tracking sales team performance metrics, and reporting data on a regular basis to our Chief Revenue Officer. The Head of Client Managers also provides recruiting and onboarding skills.

We are looking for someone with demonstrated success driving revenue growth and improving established sales processes. A strong analytical background and a customer-centric attitude are must-haves for this role.

The Head of Client Managers role is critical to our organization because of the direct influence on revenue-generating activities. Your CM’s need someone to hold them accountable, review their performance, and coach them on how to improve their skills.

The Head of Client Managers is also responsible for their own sales and pipe management until further notice. That means navigate sales cycles with a consultative approach and focus on NUC (New-, Up- and Cross sales.)

You, as a leader, are a role model and brand ambassador for Ports Group. You enable a learning culture and personal growth of employees and represent the interest of the organization. The Head of CM’s will contribute both on a strategic level as well as hands-on, to develop our daily sales operations to support business objectives. You always strive for greatness. In the event of temporarily covering other sales managerial roles, it’s expected you grant this.

You are part of the Sales organization, and you report to our Chief Revenue Officer.
