As a Junior IP Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our trademark practices and online brand protection strategies. You will be involved in a variety of projects, collaborating with our international team to ensure the highest level of brand protection for our clients.

Based in our vibrant Rome office, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich culture and history of the city while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your working days will be diverse with a good mix of small and large projects, working closely with your colleagues in Rome as well as with the rest of the Ports Group and BRANDIT team based in our other European offices.

The perfect candidate is a Team Player

• Who has recently obtained a Law Degree
• Is an IP enthusiast
• Has excellent knowledge of legal and business English, both written and spoken (fluency in more languages is a plus)
• Has strong digital analysis skills
• Takes instructions well and can work accordingly without constant supervision
• Is able to manage time effectively, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while working under pressure
• Is extremely organized
• Is details oriented
• Is humble but ambitious
• Is outgoing
• Is proactive
• Has strong sense of integrity, flexibility and confidentiality
